Process of uploading a variable product i.e. Multiple Sized and Coloured Frames/ Frames including Lenses:

Step 1:-

• Visit the website www.Specti.in .
• Find  “My Account” icon on the top right corner of the header → click icon.
• Click → “Store Manager“.
• Find the “Product”  in the menu  on the left side of the page → Click → “Add New“ →, Write the “Title“ of your product in the text  box , to indicate your product name.

Step 2:- 

• Write a “Long description” → “Short description” in the text box at the bottom of the page.
• “Add product” → click → ” Variable Product“.
• Click → options for your product whether it is a “Catalog” or “Virtual” or “Downloadable” product.
• Search for “Categories” option on the right side ,click → the options where this product will be visible to your customer.
• Below the categories option ,click → “Brand” option which belongs to your product.
• Use “Tags” on the right side ,which will help your customer to find the product easily. 

Step 3:-

•  Click → “Attributes” option in the menu left side → select → “Colour” → “Size” → “Lenses“.
• Click on the attributes and select the color if you have more than 1 colour for the same product. Then select the lens option for selling the frame with lenses and then add the type of lenses you want to add with the frame or you can add new type of lenses as well, (Ex: single vision, bifocal, zero power) etc. After completing the adding of lenses you can select the colour option, if you have more than one colour of the same product. If you have single colour, don’t select the colour option.

• Click → “Variation“→ (“variation bulk option“) → Select (Regular price increase) from the list → A pop up will open asking (regular price increase) by you.
• Type → the price of the “Lens” including the above uploaded frame for this particular type of lens. Ex: frame price (Rs. 300+bifocal – Rs.300= Rs.600) ,so you type Rs.600 for this variation and then keep the sale price same as regular price if you don’t want to give discount.
• Type → “Product price” → “Sale Price” → click → “Schedule Link” → set the “Start Sale date” and “End Sale date“.
• Add the “Picture” of your product on the right side. Click → “Icon“→ drag your product image → upload →,click→ select button.
• “Inventory” →, type → “SKU ID”  of your product .
• If you want to “Manage your stock” then click →  write the” Number of Stocks” you have → select → drop down menu if you want to allow backorder or not, otherwise keep the checkbox blank→ choose the option in “Stock status” as per the status of your product.
• Type → “Shipping option“→ ” Weight ” → ” Dimensions ” → choose the ” Processing time “.

• Link your product by clicking the → “Linked” in the menu.

• Click → “Advanced”  →  write the “Purchase note“.   

Step 4:-

• Finally click on the “Submit button” , your product has been saved and sent for approval. It would be made live once it is approved.
